Wedding Preparation 101

To all those who are planning, already preparing or just curious about how its like to prepare for a wedding, here's a simple tip that I wish to share to help you breeze through your preparation.

A wedding is actually consist of four parts: The
  • Pre-Wedding - hotel, make-up, flowers, main sponsors (ninongs & ninangs), pre-wedding pictorial, license, seminar.
  • Wedding - church, entourage, ring & church offerings.
  • Reception - restaurant-food, host, games & venue.
  • Honeymoon - local or abroad
When preparing for your big day, it helps to make a check list of the four parts and the details that comprises each. This way you can focus and keep track of what you've already accomplished (ie. church and hotel reservations) and those that are still pending (ie. cake, florist, etc).

Sometimes, no matter how prepared the soon-to-be couple is, preparing for a wedding can be stressful and overwhelming! Moreso, wedding preparations sometimes causes arguments which adds up to the unexplainable feeling known as the wedding jitters. And you wouldn't want that happening, do you? Especially if you're the bride, you'd want to be as stress-free as possible to stay pretty and stunning on your big day.

This is why I strongly suggest that you make your own check list! Make use of your tablets, electronic mobile notepads or make a customized notebook specially for your wedding! Not only will it make things easier, you can also keep it as part of your wedding memento! Trust me, years after you'll feel happy looking back at it. wink

So to all you planning to or getting married soon, congrats and best wishes!
