The project I started working at was my first attempt in working with tin cans. As you may know, we can use the regular tin cans we have around, for coin banks, jewelry boxes, etc., and re-decorate it with polymer clay. A really cute idea, eh?
The only problem is I think not only did I misplaced my blogging mojo, I am also missing my creativity as I had difficulties trying to figure out how to decorate the can. Nevertheless, I continued with the idea.

I must say that even without the creativity in me, I enjoyed working on this project... And since I heard from some fellow clay crafter that Nendo polymer clay is a little hard to use due to it's stickiness, I decided to use just this for this particular project.
I find the clay a little sticky than the other clays available in the market... but I enjoyed using it because it saves me a lot of time from kneading. Since the clay is soft, less kneading time and wrist/hand effort was required to condition. Considering that it's a little challenging to maneuver due to the sticky quality, I can say that the experience is helping me develop my skills more in doing this craft.
Now this, if I would like to be really good at this craft, I should be able to work with any type of clay, not to mention a soft clay, right? And that clay qualities should never be a hindrance for me to produce really fab projects, agree? Ü
Honestly, I can't wait to see how this will turn out. But as for my clay verdict? I sure loved it! ☺
